The future of customer experience is moving beyond visual screen design to create "invisible interactions" with AI, using voice, gestures, computer vision and haptics to control devices.

At AIMA Innovation, I talked about the upcoming wave of human and machine interaction. AI computing is starting to come together to create a more natural way of controlling the devices in our lives -- powered by predictive personalization and connected intelligence tools.

It allows our daily activities to become easier by getting more done with less work. Our recent work at IBM IX highlights real-world examples that are changing the way people experience technology in their everyday lives.

The evening was hosted by the kind folks at Nebo Agency.
